Gem has never been lucky enough to enjoy an easy life. Joining hermitcraft changed that, the sever providing a place of comfort and safety, where she could practice her magic without fear of her past or the beings that had hunted her. Her half-brother Grian had introduced her, and the two of them were close together in their current world.

A shudder passes through the beast beneath their feet, as a similar current sends a shiver down Deirdre’s spine. Now looking around, Deirdre can see the beast is encircled in a black, thorny ring. A diadem pulsing with red energy hovers behind them, and she can sense it anticipating her every thought.

The explicit content grows more frequent and more adventurous as the characters do. Cait is slightly predatory and very happy in introducing Elayna to things she didn't know existed.
