Summary
The Hadal Blacksite is in complete shambles, but Urbanshade has a plan. The EXR-P protocol, sending expendable prisoners to the Blacksite to get the crystal for them. However, they need to set the submarine bay to start it. So, they send favorite MR-Ps Eagle and his sister Claire through an under construction part of the Blacksite to set up the submarine bay and start the EXR-P protocol. It’s supposed to be low risk. It’s supposed to be safe.
