Athena Parthenus' Commodores were beautiful, of course, in the same way that a corpse shambling elegantly towards nuclear armageddon was beautiful. They had a deadly grace to their bio-machinae forms, an awful intensity to their sleek frames only marred by that darkened sphere at their very core--that last blip of humanity reminding everyone, enemy and ally alike, that the thirty-six humans involved in Athena Parthenus' creation were forever bound now to their child-god.
Beyond that hollow core, too, traces of themselves remain. Alto sings. The Triune are seldom far apart.
