This is the beginning of the 101 Dalmatians: The Series Movie. In the first part of this movie, we are introduced to the character, Spotty, who has a life long dream of becoming a Sergeant in the Paw Patrol Military. On his way down, he makes a pit stop to where the Dearly farm will be and how the association with Swamp Rat, Spot, Mooch and Mayor Pig came about with the Dalmatians.

Summary
Superdog comes to save a puppy who was left all alone in a barn that had caught on fire and luckily, the puppy lives. The puppy is then shown to be a three-legged Dalmatian named Tripod who becomes a son figure to Krypto and a loyal ally to The Dog Star Patrol in spite of his disability. Has he finally found a family and some friends who will love him for who he is on the inside?
