There are many things which lurk in the shadows, which seek to bring balance to this skewed world. The Abbey seeks to wipe them all out, to bring about balance in a clean and uniform fashion. Heroes who bring villains to justice, and Overseers who take care of the heretics. The Outsider, seeing this and more, seeks to find those who could make everything as whole as he can. It isn't his fault if those he marks use it for the wrong reasons, just like it isn't the fault of Quirks that some people turn into villains.
Nothing is perfect, but Midoriya Izuku is sure going to try to become a great hero regardless of whether or not he has to use the gifts the Outsider gave him.
Life is unfair, but Uraraka Ochaco refuses to let that prevent her from seeing her family well off and if she has to accept stored power and defeat a cruel man than so be it.
Fate draws a heavy hand as it pushes these kids to become more than they ever believed they would be.

Ochako Uraraka was dead. She had died on April 4, at 4:44:44 pm, in a mysterious accident that left a terrible air of unease around the campus of Yuuei.
Ochako Uraraka was dead. So why was she attending her funeral?
After dying in a strange event during her second year of attending Yuuei, Ochako could hardly believe it when she opened her eyes next to her devastated parents in the front row of a funeral home. She remembered the feeling of death all too well, the grip of icy fingers around her arm and a menacing smile in the dark as she tried to kick herself free, then nothing, so of course she would be confused at this whole thing! As she came to terms with the fact that she's dead, Ochako prepares for an existence of solitude and silence, as she trails her old friends and family every day, and searches for her killer at night. But no.
Ochako Uraraka was dead. So why was she now wrapped up in this horror show of traps, spirits, death, and unwavering uncertainty? Meeting old enemies and new allies, protecting the living, and fighting the phenomena that had taken her life like it had so many before her own, all Ochako wanted to do now was sleep.
Unfortunately for her, the dead don't sleep.
