七皇帝的正宫皇后是初代，家世显赫，权势和威望也只比七皇帝略逊一筹，故而坐稳了母仪天下的位置。铁打的初七镇着后宫，流水的其他奥等着被翻牌子。
皇贵妃泰罗是七皇帝青梅竹马的表妹，虽然是娇蛮贵女但也颇为聪慧善良。
淑妃杰克辅佐七皇帝多年，劳心劳力到处划水，啊，不，是客串，啊，不，是救场。故而也和七皇帝感情很好，就是没啥存在感（喂）。
惠妃艾斯是七皇帝的结拜兄长大司马大将军佐菲收养的妹妹，娇憨可爱天真浪漫，七皇帝看着他长大，像泰罗一样把她当成幼妹一样疼爱。
宜妃雷欧原本是邻国长公主，国破家亡流落民间偶然救了微服私访遇刺的七皇帝，有了同生共死之情和师生之谊，对七皇帝痴心一片并且不在乎宠爱和名利，满心欢喜的给七皇帝织毛衣（喂），于是七皇帝很放心的把自己的太子交给他抚养。
德妃爱迪，原本也是贵女出身，但父母双亡家道中落，于是入宫当了女官负责管教宗室子弟的学业，因才能和品行被七皇帝赏识，提拔为德嫔，后又被升为德妃。
此外皇宫还有一位梦美人住在皇贵妃偏殿，她是泰罗捡来的孤女，被泰罗当成亲妹妹养大，泰罗入宫时舍不得小小年纪的她，于是偷偷带了进来。七皇帝只好把这个幼童封了个乡君（但比起梦乡君，大家更习惯称她为梦美人），让泰罗养着，很多人设局开赌现在梦美人已经长大会不会被七皇帝收入后宫。（喂）
雷欧的宫殿里也养着一位七皇帝封的郡主，她是雷欧的亲妹妹阿斯特拉，对七皇帝没有任何兴趣，只是单纯放心不下姐姐在异国皇宫里孤立无援。雷欧自己一心给七皇帝织毛衣【。就心满意足，但舍不得唯一的血亲也虚度年华，因此一贯不争不抢的她难得开口向七皇帝讨了恩典，让妹妹可以自选夫婿，并一直在皇宫住到出嫁为止。（然而阿斯特拉郡主一心和姐姐相依为命，对嫁人压根没有兴趣，除了为姐姐织毛衣，就是帮着教育太子赛罗）
