Summary
Walter Bishop disappeared 17 years ago after a prototype Replicant he designed killed someone. Peter spends his days and nights hunting unlicensed Replicants. A man he's tracking sells black market DNA and augmentations, and leads Peter to a woman bearing the symbol of the White Tulip.
She carries a message, and a way to save his life, for Peter Bishop's days as a Blade Runner are numbered.
