    Eijun never got invited to Seido, no, instead he moved north with his mother when his parents divorced. He never thought his submissive nature would be a problem.
    His mother had always told him to stay true to himself and people would like him, no matter what.
    That had been a lie.
    One conversation, innocent and open, had turned his world upside down in a day. It started small after that, then kept building until he couldn't stand it anymore, and neither could his mother.

    It took months to get him transfered from that school to another, months to get him out. Months of his mother tugging at every connection she had to find one way out.
    And it ended with him moving away from his mother in the end, to Seido in Tokyo and a dorm. A private school of all things.

    Now Eijun has to decide if he want's to try this thing called trust again, or if he should just try and stay low and out of the way. As long as he's allowed to play baseball, he's okay.
