Summary
“Why can’t I cry for him…?” Melon finally said, his voice pained with guilt and sorrow.
Pear was fairly surprised at the question, he had never seen his friend act like this. Melon was always optimistic in some ways, even when he was on the verge of death two weeks ago. Melon had joked about how he was going to be fine, that he had gone through this already a year ago. That he was as strong as a diamond and nothing could break him. That Melon was gone; instead, a new version of the clone stood mourning the ones that had harmed him.
(Aka Melon has complicated feelings about The Boss’s death and Pear is there to comfort)
