Summary
Captain Toast, leader of the OTV and old friend of the late Captain Hafu, is angry. The conduct of the Crewfu's recent mission on Polus is deplorable. He's read the report and things don't add up. And the only people alive to tell the tale is his former protege, Tina and acting Captain 5up — both who are not very forthcoming.
It's up to Toast and his crew to find out the truth about what really happened on Polus — but there's only so much you can learn among all the deceit.

If you asked Hafu, soulmates were worthless. It was something she learned early on, as soon as she had gotten the words on her left arm. Words that have haunted her for years.
But that didn't matter. She had no need for any of those silly notions of being "complete." What she needed was to get on with her job aboard the Morn as Second in Command. She was set to, along with her Captain and the rest of the crew, welcome the people of the Fable. They claim to have important information urgently needing to be shared but something's off about them. Hafu just couldn't put her finger on it. Especially their Second, an arrogant pink man. Something feels... wrong.

Summary
Captain Hafu has had command of the Crewfu for 6 months now. Leader to a beauitful ship and the most loyal crew Hafu has ever had, nothing will hinder their mission to collect information desperately needed on Polus.
But imposters have infiltrated her crew. It happened before and again now. Her family is dying one by one and she doesn't know who she can trust. Her second in command, the one she's mentored and trusts more than anyone else, is keeping secrets. Deadly ones. And he's not the only one.
