Summary
Nagito knew he had very little in life. He'd accepted that. He went to a normal school, with normal (ish) people, lived a fairly normal life.
And he knew some wish for that. But he wished that he could forget the things that resulted in him getting there.
The scars, the bullying, the terror.
The illnesses.
Yeah, that was what scared him the most.
--------Hajime (and Izuru, still hard to accept after the diagnosis, they were getting used to it) was trying his hardest not to show his class anything about the two of them that they'd discovered after the... situation. Their teacher knew of course, but that was something else. It'd be weird if someone you knew came up to you eventually and said "oh yeah, there are actually two people in my head now". That'd go over well.
But combined with the intensive therapy and having to accept that things had happened that he didn't remember because Izuru was there instead was making it difficult.
And then someone new is formed from the stress and it only makes things worse.
