A town which holds no excitement for boundless youth, such as Asriel Dreemurr and December Holiday. The lovers are positioned distant from the summit of what is a mountain of maturity, growth, understanding, compassion, and the height of feeling. This begins a spark which will imminently ignite the blaze in their hearts. Dess and Asriel are conversing over the phone just after their set curfews, what will unfold after a dearly salient exchange at the dead of midnight? -

Summary
The community recreation center pool, late Wednesday afternoon, 20XX. Dess and Asriel are sitting on the side of the main pool. It’s the summer before their senior year in high school. Dess is wearing a maroon bikini, and Asriel is wearing green swim boxers with small yellow flowers. This time, both of their families are with them. Toriel and Carol are talking about typical mom things on the pool chairs, and Asgore is playing rough with Kris and Noelle while Rudy cheers on from the side. It’s a beautiful sunny day, perfect for the pool.

Summary
Asriel and Kris’s room, a summer Saturday late afternoon, 20XX. Dess is laying on Asriel’s bed, staring at the ceiling while talking to Asriel, who is seated at his desk. It’s the summer before their senior year in high school. Dess is dressed with a white tube top covered by her iconic red and black flannel, grey and ripped baggy jeans, and back converse. On her neck, a black buckle choker and a black cross necklace. Asriel is adorned with his own iconic style: a plain white shirt covered by a green and white varsity jacket, blue flared jeans, and white and black campus shoes. Around his own neck, albeit covered, a gold heart locket and a gold cross necklace. They appear to be conversing about a video game.

Summary
The initial setting of this story takes place at the hometown’s school, inside the class both Kris and Noelle share. Noelle, a deer girl, who was as sweet as candy canes, took joy in helping others, and Kris, a moody, quiet human, who kept to themselves most of the time, will share something truly special. It is 20XX, November 17, 1:13 PM. Alphys, their teacher, is blabbering about the history between humans and monsters, and Noelle is having trouble directing her attention, as it keeps shifting to a certain someone in the back of the class.
