Summary
Jealousy is an ugly thing, and Lu Yao knows he’s the furthest thing from Chusheng’s ideal type. He’s not a nice person, for one. He’s not mature at all and ends up getting into trouble more often than not. He rarely goes out of his way to make someone else happy without something in return.
Most importantly, he’s no woman, and Chusheng is a ladies man.

Summary
Other than good food and expensive toys, the number of things Lu Yao enjoys in life can be counted on one hand. First is a good puzzle, the type that consumes his attention, each minute detail a near invisible string that he picks and plucks until he is able to weave a clear picture.
The second has to do with rules and boundaries. He doesn’t follow them, of course. There’s no fun in that. But Lu Yao doesn’t revel in breaking them either. The game is in toeing the line, pushing and stretching until it’s a breath away from snapping and then stepping back. To break a man is easy. To almost break one- that is art.
So when he sees Qiao Chusheng for the first time, lazily leaning against the brick wall, a look of amusement on his handsome face as he greets Lu Yao, he can’t resist. He’s curious.
A puzzle with so many rules.
The word dangerous flashes across his mind.
But oh, aren’t dangerous things the most fun?
