Summary
Uzumaki Kushina remembers Uzushio. She remembers the bed of bright algae surrounding the island like a meadow, the restaurant where she would eat rafute, and the annual Dragon Boat Race where she screamed her lungs out for her father to win.
And… she makes a choice, to listen to the mournful call in her head and go home. Even if everybody else thinks Uzushio is dead. Even if she has to become a missing-nin to do it. Even if she’s painted a thousand targets on her back.
But she never expected Namikaze Minato to be such a devastating distraction.
