Summary
Sometimes, when a drone is improperly disposed of, they may reboot as a zombie drone. 0.7% of these drones may have potentially hazardous mutations. Once one was discovered on Earth, their code was sent to be researched on the mining planet Copper-9. The code was put into workers for research, giving them a 100% chance of rebooting with these mutations. Once the core collapsed, one of these workers was killed by a company sent drone. The worker revived, seeking shelter in the bunker with the rest of the workers, and living with it's perceived family. But it wasn't in control anymore, something else was. The thing that started all of this. The thing that needed an army to finish it. The thing that now had a bunker full of workers at it's disposal.
