Summary

...-¿Quieres saber por qué el boggart yao no adoptó una forma cuando se enfrentó a mí? -pregunta-. Me pregunto de qué debería tener miedo. ¿De perder a mis padres, a mis hermanos, a mi hogar? ¿A los shidis y shimeis con los que crecí? ¿O debería temer fallar en mi deber hacia mi secta permaneciendo soltero y sin herederos? Tal vez debería tener miedo de fallarles a quienes más amo.
Se arriesga a mirar a Wei Wuxian y Jin Ling, y al instante se arrepiente. Wei Wuxian está llorando y su sobrino no se ve mucho mejor. Respirando profundamente, Jiang Cheng mira a Lan Xichen, sacando fuerzas de la firmeza de su presencia.
