Summary
George Washington has been elected as the first president of the united states after the second civil war. In the wake of trying to piece together the remains of the divided country, he establishes an illegal board of advisors, and word spreads that Washington will choose whoever he sees fit among them to take over as the next leader of the country. Upcoming government lawyer Aaron Burr catches wind of the board, and is prepared to use any means necessary to earn a seat in, as he calls it, "the room where it happens."
It begins to look to the board that Alexander will be next in line for the presidency, and Alexander thinks so too- until an unexpected obstacle stands in his way.
