Summary
Kate Carter left Oklahoma nearly 5 years ago, and she hadn’t planned on going back anytime soon.
Javi is someone Kate cares about. Tornadoes are something Kate feels and understands deep within her soul.
The ‘Tornado Wranglers’ are reckless hick youtubers, but they’re also somehow reigniting Kate’s passion. The fear’s still there, but community, passion, freedom, and hope will be too, and those things are more important.
