Summary
She was never supposed to meet him twice.
The first time, he was a Marine.
The second time, he was standing among the Donflamingo Family, pretending to be someone else. She recognized him immediately. He recognized her too.And somehow, neither of them said a word.
She knows his secret. And as long as she keeps quiet, he owes her one favor.Just one.
At least, that's what they agreed on. But secrets have a way of becoming complicated. Especially when the cold, silent man everyone fears turns into an awkward, clumsy mess whenever they're alone.
Especially when stolen cigarettes become private jokes, favors become excuses to meet, and a simple request for a map slowly becomes something neither of them expected. She doesn't know what he wants from her.
He doesn't know what she's going to ask next. And somewhere between dangerous missions, stolen maps, whispered conversations, and the line between Rosinante and Corazón beginning to blur, they start becoming far too important to each other.
Neither of them planned for this. Neither of them knows how it will end.
But one thing is certain...
Keeping his secret was supposed to be the easy part.
