Summary
An anxious art history PhD candidate who would rather face a panel of academics than start a conversation finds her life turned upside down when an interdisciplinary project forces her to work, and eventually share an office, with Trafalgar Law, a brilliant medical researcher whose permanent exhaustion, alarming honesty and catastrophic communication skills make him the most infuriating person she has ever met. As research deadlines, departmental gossip and increasingly ridiculous misunderstandings pile up, what begins as professional coexistence slowly turns into something far more complicated, despite both of them seeming uniquely unqualified to deal with it.
