    In the aftermath of the war, society is struggling to come to terms with the events that transpired in Japan, reflecting on their idolization of heroes and the unethical treatment of villains. A former loyalist of the Paranormal Liberation Army and now former prisoner, Geten, seeks a path away from villainy, yearning to conduct the rest of his life as an ordinary civilian. He struggles—miserably—until he crosses paths with an extraordinary (and small) individual, Nezu, the Principal of U.A. Academy, who offers him a job of a lifetime.
