  Summary

  Chrissy’s smile was sweet, her hair was the shade of caramel, and her posture was unassuming, inviting even. Though, something was haunting about her eyes. Sure they were also kind, sweet, and unassuming, but Mike could tell there was another feeling found hidden within in them—

  “Yeah, could we start on it tomorrow? Either in class or the library at break?”

  “Yep, sounds good!” —a feeling of great sorrow, wether it’s grieving or loathing, melancholic or inflicted, Mike knew what it looked like, and he would have never guessed he’d find just how deep that sorrow runs, especially in Chrissy Cunningham of all people.
