Battered and bruised Midoriya doesn't think he had any possible worth to add to the world. Quirkless people make up 3 percent of the population in Japan and even less than 1% was apart of his generation! Feeling worthless and losing his resolve by the day he finds solace in hacking hoping to make the lives of heroes easier. Not that it was the heroes faults but with the rise of stronger quirks it was impossible to lead the nighttime heroes to every single civilian in need. Welp looks like he'll have to join the streets himself!

With the help of heroes constantly trying to adopt him and make him reveal his identity, Midoriya finds a way to show his value through the same invaluable quirk analysis and mind he constantly thought as useless. And well...Nedzu aches at a chance to catch the vigilante in order to truly help grow such a brilliant mind.
