Kate/Lexi/Whatever-her-name-is-now has lived on Earth for a century or more constantly on the move under the care of Sebastian, the first friend she made after her 'accident.' Bored with her current lifestyle, she applies to participate in an exchange program to the Devildom. Believing it all a hoax, she's shocked when she comes face to face with 9 of the hottest men - ahem, demons - she had ever seen in a place that looks less like hell and more like a Halloween cityscape. But when her dreams suddenly seem more like memories fusing into the landscape, the demons around her realize she's more than she seems.
The timing couldn't be more perfect, for a storm gathers on the horizon. An unquenchable darkness that threatens to overrun the three realms. For as long as fear exists in the hearts of humans, demons, and angels, Terror never truly dies.

"Why'd they have to leave?" The demon of Pride watched as his brother turned his tear-stricken face, deep ocean eyes swirling with pain. "They were happy here. We were happy. Why couldn't they stay? Why couldn't this be home for them? Why couldn't… just why?"

Instead of broaching the topic in a way he might have with someone from his new life, Dazai found himself broaching it just as he would when they were teenagers—angrily, to the point, and with no regard for the other party. “You’ve decided you have a death wish, which is supposed to be my thing by the way, and have dragged me into it.”
“Hah?” Chuuya said, face slackening and head lifting from his chin as he looked at Dazai in something close to bewilderment. His voice raised in volume somewhat. It stoked something inside of Dazai, something famished and starving. “What the hell are you talking about?”
“You don’t trust me anymore.”

Or; Dazai loses Chuuya's trust after the situation with Lovecraft and handles it somewhat poorly. ((but also effectively, in the end))

The witches always run Mammon ragged, taking almost everything he has every time they summon him, and tonight was the same as any other. They didn't even have the decency to send him home, and just left him to figure out his own way back.
Damn witches...
The quickest way back home would be the quickest way he could feed his greed, but he might have to get a little creative to get fed.

A fic with no spoken dialogue. I rely so much on dialogue and the only way I could think of how to work around it was to gag him so this is what I came up with.
Mammon owes you some money and the two of you have come to an... agreement. You'll forgive half his debt if he submits to your playful game. It's the first time the two of you have done something like this, so go easy on him, will ya?
