Summary
If Anakin knows one thing, it's that Obi-Wan Kenobi should not have died at the hands of Rako Hardeen. Grieving, furious, and lost, he goes to the Archives, only to stumble upon a holocron that sends him back far enough in time to save the love of his life.
Well, probably too far back in time because suddenly Obi-Wan is alive again, but he's a newly-Knighted Jedi with a nine-year old version of Anakin trailing him around like a sickly loth-kitten. While Anakin tries to find a way back to his original timeline without alerting anyone to the fact that he's actually from the future, he finds himself helping to raise himself (weird) and growing closer to this Obi-Wan (not weird at all). They have so much in common, after all.
At the very least, both of them have just watched their masters die.

Anakin Shatters.
He falls apart. The pressure of trying to end the war, Constant battle, Losing Ahsoka, Losing Padme. Destroys the Jedi knight until after a devastating battle, he breaks.
And Obi-Wan, the one who loves him the most but shows it the least, tries his hardest to put him back together.

That was the problem. The halves felt truer than the whole. And though he believed everything Kenobi had told him, Anakin couldn't stop wondering what he hadn't told him, what he didn't know.
He still didn't know why Kenobi had been tracking his missions for years before they crossed blades on Mandalore.
He didn't know why Kenobi had all but confessed his love for him only to suddenly cut off all contact.
And Palpatine seemed to understand.
He always knew what to say.

He hadn't meant for this to happen. He didn't mean to hurt the other boy so badly, but his words had hit too close to home and before long all Anakin saw was red. He had forgone the use of his lightsaber and opted for burying his fist in the boys face. He didn't stop until he was forcibly pulled away, hands still clenched and aching, breathing heavily and brain feeling as though it was on fire. He hadn't even noticed that his face and knuckles were bleeding until he was being dragged towards the halls of healing
Or, Anakin gets into a fight with another padawan and kind of goes off the deep end for a minute but Obi-Wan is there to help him. Anakin is like 15 in this. I suck at summaries but please give it a try!
