Byleth choked a little on her scrambled eggs, also realising she had put way too much salt on top. Or it could have been the crispy bacon. Probably both. Most likely a combination of all three occurrences. Hilda hadn't seemed to have noticed Byleth's outburst of the small self control she inhabited regarding the topic that was Claude von Riegan. Drowning her whole glass of coke in one go, she passed it off towards the salt anyway. Just in case.

Summary
The scenario that was presented to them, was frightening and absolutely not what Jean had expected. Over a dozen people were literally stumbling inside and pushing each other, but neither Marco nor Jean believed it was because they were fleeing from something. On the contrary, they seemed to search and apparently they found whatever they were looking for. Besides their growling and gurgling, which was already making them inhuman, their eyes were the most strikingly characteristic. Despite the fact that they were still kind of far away, it was impossible to not notice the white eyes of those bursting in. They couldn’t really focus, but still seemed to see.
What happened to seem like a movie experience, continued to be one.

Carefully, with his eyes fixed on Jean’s, he moved closer to the other, their faces so close, their noses almost touching.
“No, I don't. But I want. I want to return the favour." Once in a while, even Marco Bodt could be selfish.
Jean gulped audibly, leaning farther back and exposing his throat. Marco used his gained self-confidence and rushed forward, placing his lips on the soft skin, feeling Jean swallow and the acceleration of his pulse.
