Summary
Both the PM and ADA have the same target, both were not aware of that fact..
ADA at first thought it was the Port behind the actions that were taking place but soon found out that it wasn't. Knowing this, they decided to get involved.The PM was pissed, mori especially. This trade was big, and was important. It was going well but luck wasn't on their side. The Port and the other Party were attacked during this, which ended up with the other party not doing the trade due to the loses.
With Dazai going undercover as a 'lady' to a party, they had heard that their guy was holding this party, with ranpo's IQ they found out how this guy liked his women, and Dazai was ALMOST the perfect match.. they just had to add a little something.
Chuuya who just happened to be on his way to the bosses office when he was deciding the plan to get intel
or, Dazai's whole body was on fire and Chuuya was the gasoline.
