Summary
Hannibal Lecter had always believed he was the only one capable of appreciating the true flavor of humanity. But awakening three thousand years beyond his time, in a world where mankind exists only as a memory, has revealed a different reality: now, the exquisite palate belongs to a predator that stands above the food chain and beyond all human logic.
Reality strikes hard when he realizes that he has traveled three thousand years into the future alongside Will Graham, Jack Crawford, Alana Bloom and, to everyone’s surprise, the young Abigail Hobbs and the unpleasant Miss Freddy Launds as well.
