He decides on ‘I could be’ as his reply, because he can’t imagine leaving his apartment right now for any reason that wouldn’t be caused by a notification in the aforementioned muted group chat.
Within the next ten seconds, his phone buzzes again.

Summary
Vi is the head barista and part-time manager of The Last Drop, a coffee shop and café in Piltover. Caitlyn is a coffee-loving PhD student at the nearby university who spends every weekday working from her favorite table at The Last Drop. Despite an obvious attraction, the two women are immediately at odds with each other the moment their paths cross. Over time, they'll navigate past their differences and form a unique arrangement.
This is an enemies to friends with benefits to lovers arc set in a modern coffee shop/café AU. I am writing it specifically at the request of my wife, who has a thing for barista-centric fanfics and loves Caitlyn/Vi. Chapter titles are quotes from Arcane.
