This is a love letter to Kenshin, one of my favorite characters of all time and a story that I’ve returned to again and again over the years. His relationship and redemption with Kaoru is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever read, and I’ve often found myself wishing there was more to be said about the moments in between - the unspoken words, the secret thoughts, and the patient longing they’ve endured. This is my attempt to put these onto paper, to give voice to those hidden moments.
