Summary
Sanji doesn’t do casual, not honestly. Sure, he can pretend - be the kind of partner the other person needs, keep it light and easy. But his heart’s too close to the surface, always in reach. He loves too easily, charts a dozen unobtainable futures in every afterglow, presses his ear to his partner’s chest and listens for proof they’re soulmates.
(A modern-ish AU with no Devil Fruit powers. It took 30k words to get to the plot.)

Summary
This would be such a bad idea. The proximity of their bodies suddenly feels much more obvious, much more dangerous.
But if she just shifts her leg a little. If she offers what Sanji seems to be aching for, if only to try it out, if only for a few seconds. There would be no harm in that, since the cook has been begging her by way of quiet whimpers and whines all this time.
