Summary
When Miss Sansa Stark scandalously and very publicly disappears with her jilted suitor, Mr Joffrey Baratheon, all of London believes them to have reconciled and eloped. If Miss Stark should return unmarried, her reputation will be ruined and no gentleman will ever wish to wed her.
Miss Brienne Tarth knows very well that Sansa wants nothing to do with Baratheon, and is certain that he has abducted her. However, if she wishes to find them, she must enlist the help of England's most eligible (and in her opinion, most useless) bachelor, Mr Jaime Lannister.
Trapped and frightened, Sansa takes comfort wherever she can. The only person to show her any kindness is the formidable Mr Clegane, who can hardly be considered a gentleman; but how can she expect him to help her when it would cost him everything he has?

This is too good. One of the best sansan. I can't sleep because I'm smilingl like an idiot or like Jaime Lannister. What makes the story do good is background and growth of all characters. Especially Sandor and Sansa, but also Mrs and Mr Stark.

After a ten year long Winter, Sandor Clegane emerges from the Quiet Isle. Against his better judgement, he finds himself in Winterfell to help with the rebuild. There he will once again meet Sansa Stark, a woman grown and drastically changed from the girl he had once known in King's Landing.
Sandor's POV takes place in the present, while Sansa's story will be told piece by piece through flashbacks.
This fic deals very much with past hurts, emotional scars, crippling guilt, and eventually healing and self-forgiveness. It will take some time for our girl to get there, but I am looking forward to the challenge of writing this. I hope some of you will be interested enough to trudge along with me!
