“You can get all the treasures you want!” she pleads, keeping the small dagger pointed at the pirate before her, “We have gems and gold, crates of food, and silk below deck. You can get it. Just let us go, safely.”
She whispers the last words when the man smirks and takes a few steps toward her. The tip of her dagger touched his chest, making a small dent. Her body trembles, and her mind goes haywire when the thought occurs that she just needs to push the dagger with all her might, and that will surely kill him.
She hears the soft laughing and snickers all around, burning her with humiliation and fright.
Hinata goes into action, stabbing him straight to his heart, but in an instant, he grabs her wrist and turns her around, pinning her arm behind her back, causing her pain when she moves. He takes her dagger.
She feels his other arm snake around her waist and his breath in her ear.
“But I want you, princess”, he whispers. “You're the bargain I'm willing to take. Go with us, and we will let your father go with all the treasures you brag about.”
