Summary
Deku feels the spike of danger sense at the same time as the fourth, she'll do whatever it takes to win against AFO and try her best to save that little boy. Retreating into the vestige realm she prevents the fourth from being stolen through their combined willpower. Shigaraki is thrown off guard and seems to be struggling to collect himself.
She refuses to back down but the impact of gearshift is starting to take its toll. Reinforcing her body with black whip she hears the Seconds plan, and with Mt Fuji behind them, her resolve is fortified once more. Pushing Gearshift, Fa Jin, and One for All in its entirety harder than she ever has before she rushes forward to catch the dazed Shigaraki off guard.
"This is where I'll transfer it!" she thinks. Except... she never makes contact. And in a flash of green and seemingly every other color the only hope of society vanishes...
