Post HoO. A slow burn Percy x Artemis story, a dark spin on an old classic. Tartarus is rising from the depths, plunging the Greek world into chaos and in turn, shattering the tranquil life Percy had hoped to finally enjoy. Still reeling from this new reality, Percy finds himself in a bleak new world and discovers that the Fates aren't done with him yet. With his world upended, Percy is forced to seek out new allies, as well as confront numerous new foes...
Can Percy overcome the seemingly insurmountable odds, or will he be consumed by Hell himself?
So yeah... I know Pertemis is very overused, all I can ask is you give me a chance, I promise this is actually original. No Chaos, no Guardian of the Hunt, no evil Annabeth etc. Percy is still Percy and all characters remain as faithful to their canon counterparts as the plot will allow. I've been writing this fic for five years now, I've put a lot of effort into it and I like to think the final product reflects that.
