The interviewer turned to Changbin, asking, “So we heard your favourite dish is pizza; is that true?”
Changbin answered with practiced ease, “Yeah, I particularly like salami,” his gaze already drifting in Chan’s direction, fond eyes meeting across the room.
It was technically a lie, even though it was his usual answer to anyone who asked; he did like salami pizza very much, it just wasn’t the whole truth.

Summary
“You can stay.”
Jisung was so surprised, he only said, “What?” all eloquence having left his body.
Minho slowly looked back at him before dignifying him with a response, “You can stay. Look out, the storm will last a few days at minimum, it's not like I can set you out anyway. Chan would have my head.”
“You thought ten minutes ago that I was a murderer?” Jisung asked incredulously. Not that he had not wanted to stay, he was just surprised Minho had offered so easily.
“Suspected yes, but you have Eunseo's eyes, and those can't lie. I sincerely doubt that you could even do me any harm.” Minho said confidently.
“Hey! I could hurt you if I wanted,” maybe Jisung was a tiny bit insulted at Minho’s words.
“Do you maybe want me to throw you out?” Minho asked, adding, “But no, apart from that, you just proved my point. My cat is more dangerous than you.”
(OR: The yule story where folklorist Jisung flees to the island of his mother‘s bedtime stories, in search for a cozy Christmas, only to get irrevocably lost during a storm in the dense woods around the village, where tales of old seem to come back to life.)
