    Kim Dokja. Merely the son of a viscount, but he is known as the enigma of high society due to his very selective appearances in public. While most who follow this path end up becoming the pariahs of society, he is not the same. No one in high society could deny the ripples of effect caused by his few steps into the outside world. The most noteworthy to this day is when he appeared in the main district, in front of the building that had been under construction for a few months -- the same building no one had been paying attention to since it was in what the nobles referred to as the 'commoner's district' -- and officially opened the building, the LIBRARY, to the public. Apparently, all the books in the library were his own donations. Even the Emperor was baffled.
    And now he was getting married.
    Aka unfortunately, he was off the market.
    But aka he would appear in public more often.
    Aka... more drama for the nobles.
