Summary
Marinette has been acting off around Adrien the past few weeks. In an attempt to get their friends to work things out, Nino and Alya make plans with Adrien and Marinette but then ditch them, leaving them alone together to patch up the friendship. Sincere compliments follow honest conversations, and misunderstandings are cleared up, leaving Adrien and Marinette to enjoy the day together on a romantic not-date. Discovery and unexpected feelings ensue.
Or: Adrien gets to meet the Marinette everyone else knows and falls flat on his face for her. Meanwhile, Marinette learns that Chat Noir isn’t so bad when he tones it down a bit and looks like Adrien Agreste.

Summary
The bottom of Marinette’s stomach dropped out. Looking around at her friends that she was huddled up with, she saw that she was not alone in her absolute horror. They were ashen-faced and wide eyed. No one knew what to say or do to contain the emergency that was certainly about to happen.
The group of 6 girls slowly turned their heads towards the cause of their panic.A smirking Kim stood in the doorway of the otherwise empty classroom, wiggling his fingers at them in a little wave.

"Don't ask, don't look at it. Lila hasn't looked up yet, we're trying to keep it a secret," her friend replied, and the others all nodded.
Marinette stared at it again. "But it's so... who did it?"
Nino lifted his cap to scratch the top of his head before replacing it, a well known Nino thinking gesture. "I'm not sure, but I've checked everyone's alibis and... it might be Adrien."
Marinette turned to him sharply. "He'd never do that! And how would he reach up there anyway?"
"No idea. Just don't let Lila find out!"
