Being a ghost hunting Youtuber certainly wasn't how Arthur had thought his career would go. Still, for all his skepticism, it's a fun enough job, and the lack of any supernatural activity only proves his beliefs. The newest site, an art school that had shut down in late 1800s, shouldn't be any different.
