Summary
One month after the end of the war, the Wizengamot had started to hold trials against Death-Eaters and sympathisers of Voldemort. Draco Malfoy’s trial had been set for the day after his 18th birthday.
Both Harry Potter and Hermione Granger testify in favour of the defendant, which shocks the Wizarding World. Hermione is the last witness to testify. She provides three statements: the night at Malfoy Manor, the incident at the Room of Hidden Things, and finally the last one that proved Draco’s true intentions. This particular memory was known to no one, including Harry and the rest of her friends.
