Summary
After the war, Japan is in ruins, the hero system is crumbling, and survivors are left with deep scars. U.A.’s Support Course becomes more vital than ever, focused on rebuilding what was lost.
Nero Okawa, after failing his first attempt, finally enters U.A., determined to use his quirk—molecular manipulation—not for hero work, but for engineering. Though he escaped the battlefield, he can’t escape the weight of destruction or the expectations forced upon him.
Enter Hatsume Mei, a whirlwind of genius and chaos. She throws herself into invention to avoid confronting the war’s impact, dragging Nero into her relentless pace. At first, they clash—Mei sees him as materials on demand, and Nero isn’t used to keeping up with someone so intense. But as they work together, their partnership shifts into something deeper.
Amidst the wreckage, love sparks between gears and circuits. But scars don’t heal easily, and in a world still reeling from destruction, Nero, Mei, and their allies must find a way to rebuild—both themselves and the future.
