Summary
The thing of it is, Cody is right. There are dozens of ways that opening this door could go horribly, terribly, distressingly, wrong. Obi-Wan knows it in his bones that messing with strange things in places where the Force feels odd is often a good way to get yourself kicked quite firmly in the head by the back legs of the orbak of consequences. For all he can think of a number of ways for it all to go wrong, however, more often than not a door is simply, well, a door.
When Obi-Wan and Cody step through a door into the past, they find themselves jumping from event to event in an attempt to find their way back to their own time. Will they find the information they need to save their present? Or will their presence in the past prevent them from ever returning to a present that they know?

Summary
"Commander," she pauses, her hair still in disarray and her clothes stained with oil and hydraulic fluid from the droids.
"Ma'am?"
"You and Obi-Wan are close," she states.
"We're friends," Cody says.
"Friends?" She repeats, eyebrows raised. "You seem closer than friends."
Voyage of Temptation goes differently, with Cody present for Obi-Wan's confession that he would have stayed on Mandalore if he had been asked way back when. With Cody taking charge of Satine's security for the rest of the trip to Coruscant, she begins to realise that there is more to the clones, and to Cody's relationship with Obi-Wan, than meets the eye. When events consipre against her, and against Mandalore, Satine is placed to look past the Republic and Kaminoan narrative about the clones, and even moved to help Obi-Wan find the love she believes he deserves.

Summary
Cody has always heard the whispers on the edges of his mind, the thoughts that flitter through the minds of his brothers which are never voiced aloud. The negativity of the Cuy'Val Dar, the anguish of the Prime, the childish wonder and fear of Boba, the arrogance of the Kaminiise. He learnt at a young age to block the whispers out, to ignore the thoughts, to help those he could in any way that he could without drawing attention to himself. The safety of others, after all, could only be ensured if Cody, himself, remained alive to ensure it.
Cody is telepathic, he always has been. But it turns out that while he can read other people's surface thoughts without really trying (a problem all of its own), he cannot read the minds of Force Sensitives. Somehow, this helps to save the galaxy

Summary
Today has been a lot and yet curling up in bed with Obi-Wan makes the horror of being tied to a chair and threatened seem to melt away. Some Jedi magic, no doubt, but not something that Cody finds objectionable, particularly given he wakes having had a better night's sleep than he has in years, with one arm wrapped around the cool weight of Obi-Wan. He could get used to that, he thinks, waking with the weight of another in the bed. It isn't something he has really put a lot of thought into lately, not with how his last two relationships ended, doomed from the start as they were, not with his work being as important as it is. Cody is many things, has many of his own problems and insecurities that should probably have been examined years ago, but at his core he is a shifter, and shifters know when they have found the right person.
Following the events of Free To Be You And Me, Cody and Obi-Wan talk more about their families, and Rex finds out about the events of the night before.

Summary
It had been over a week since Cody had brought Obi-Wan to Keldabe. A week where the chests from the chamber he had slumbered in for nine centuries had been ignored in favour of Obi-Wan simply becoming reaccustomed to living as a being of flesh once again. Simple things continuously took him by surprise; hunger, tiredness, cramping in muscles that had not been used in too long, limbs that became numb and useless after too long sitting in one place.
Obi-Wan adjusts to life after waking up.
