nine years ago El Hopper died. nine years ago Dustin Henderson felt like he did too.

1996:
Dustin is a NASA engineer posted in Iceland, in denial, still mourning, still in love (not that hed ever admit that part). El hopper is now Jane Lovell, owner of a small bakery, trying to parent the little girl she found in the woods and took in because she reminded her far too much of herself, still mourning, still trying to move on, failing.
And then the universe brings them back together.
Has too much changed? Has not enough changed? But most importantly, have they left their horror story too find themselves in a romcom instead?
