Summary
Bill Dickey's burnt down a comic book store, lost all his friends, become even more of a social pariah than before, and now the only person who tolerates him is the local asocial freak, Juliann. While sorting through lighters belonging to Juliann's dad, Bill gets a glimpse at how much of a freak Juliann really can be. Maybe it rubs off on him more than he'd like.
