Summary
This is the diary/journal of Bhaalspawn Divina as she enters the final stages of her journey at the beginning of the Throne of Bhaal. Her relationship with Haer'Dalis which begun while they were still in Amn has started taking a strange toll on her soul, but she is unable to notice early enough to stop it. Both unable to communicate their feelings and needs properly to each other and both willingly or unwittingly trying to influence one another find themselves in a war of wills that leaves them both changed forever.

That fine line of devastatingly beautiful but dangerous.
Aloth wants to be there suddenly – desperately, to walk that line and find out where it goes. What happens if he twists his hands into her shirt, draws her close, and kisses that dangerous mouth. If he follows her not with his spells but with his hands and his body and his tongue. What happens if he pushes his hands into her hair and stays there, kisses the tips of her ears like daggers, draws her into him as much as she’s drawn him into her.
[Or alternatively: Aloth barrels into having post-battle sex with the Watcher. There’s love involved.]
