Summary
Noel loves annoying eldritch entities; ever since being tortured by the King in Yellow for gods know how many years, he can't stand the thought they might think they're better. Noel's solution? Annoy the absolute fuck out of them until he is allowed to leave (or they fuck him).
The Manager brought him there for two reasons, and two reasons only: to sate his own curiosity and keep a mutual partner's little toy out of harms reach.
