That would imply that her job had been her life, or that her marriage hadn’t failed years before they signed the papers, or even that all the things she owned meant anything. What are you- doing?” They had been seeing each other for a few months now, a little handholding here and there, a few stolen kisses in the solitude of Jean’s office, in the library, even in front of her house when Jean escorted her home, but politely declined her invitation to come in for some ‘tea’.
Perhaps she should have clarified that she had not actually wanted to share a pot of tea with Jean that night.
“What do you think, darling?” Lisa tilted her head to the side and pressed her foot harder into Jean’s crotch. Jean lurched forward and caught her heeled foot in her hand, gently dropping it back down on the ground.
“I’m trying to seduce you.” Lisa sighed, spelling it out for her, loud and clear.
