Summary
Varric writes a biography about the Hero of Ferelden, a city elf rogue named Kallian Tabris. Is the story true? Maybe. Is it embellished? Certainly. The first five chapters are mostly in line with canonical events, and then we get into the canon-divergence of it all. What if the city elf suffered the way her cousin suffered? What if the events in Denerim had left her changed in a way nobody could have predicted? Mostly told through the eyes of Kallian and her companions, with some additional epistolary content.

Summary
A very silly, vaguely Christmas-y (except it's Satinalia) Dragon Age fic ft. my rogue grey warden, Kallian Tabris, and Morrigan. Highlights include: bad fake accents, allusions to phallic gift-wrapping, fighting while tangoing, and general tomfoolery.
Spoilers for the world state post of Knives in the Dark (which, as of publishing, hasn't wrapped, so is it really spoilers?), but this is very much a non-canon what-if the Witch Hunt DLC happened before Awakening, and also in the middle of court, with the help of half the party.
