  Summary

Emma has never had a family. Not like normal people do anyway. Ever since she was five years old it was just her and Charlie making their way in the world. That's kind of hard when you live in Gotham City and live on the streets but fast forward eleven years and now she's a tech savvy, knife throwing, not to mention sneaky, thief for hire who steals stuff for Batman's greatest adversaries as the Prowler. It's not a bad life but Charlie has been more absent as of late. And after a daring heist, Bruce Wayne suddenly wants to adopt her? What's going on and how will she get along with his son Jason Todd? And more importantly, where is that dang Book of Bewitchment?
