Summary
“Shit,” Atsumu spat, reeling back, dazed. The person he’d run into also stumbled back. A hood fell off of curly black hair, and as Atsumu’s hand came up to check if his nose was okay he saw a pair of moles above a very angry eye.
“I just saw ya on TV,” Atsumu said, because he was a very smart man.
Before he could react, the front of his shirt was being grabbed and he was pulled into an alley.

Summary
The Miya twins have spent half of their lives killing monsters.
They’ve seen all kinds of horrors, but the massacres in Okazaki are something new. These killings are more brutal than most, the worst they’ve seen in a long while, and even their paranormal abilities can’t help them find the murderer.
With the help of a droll barista and an old enemy, they start getting closer to the killer; but the Miyas soon realize that trusting anyone but themselves may have been a mistake.

Summary
Kiyoomi takes off his headphones and glimpses a tuft of blond hair. He leans forward in his seat and sees Atsumu practically climbing the barricade, upper body hauled as high as he can over the wall.
“You didn’t tell me you’re comin’!” Atsumu pouts, voice straining from tiptoeing over the barricade. “You’re here.” His voice is loud enough to break through the noisy gym, Kansai-ben softened with a genuine smile.
Kiyoomi pulls down his facemask and smiles. The cherry blossoms have bloomed and then withered under the summer sun, Tokyo streets painted in orange and then white as the chill made its way to his genkan, and now the cherry blossoms have grown back.
I’m here. It’s about time.
Or: Pro volleyball player Miya Atsumu courts a sleep-deprived university student and Sakusa Kiyoomi learns how to love a Division 1 rookie setter over four seasons. (And maybe Kiyoomi learns that it isn’t ideal to have a eureka moment over his feelings during hell week.)

Summary
Maybe he’s a little nervous, but no one has ever accused Kiyoomi of being unprepared. He clears his throat.
“My parents always told me to follow my dreams,” Kiyoomi blurts out.
Wait. How does the joke go again? Screw Cosmopolitan and their Ten Amazing Pick-up Lines Guaranteed to Wow Your Date-
“So can I follow ya home?” Atsumu doesn’t even miss a beat.
They stare at each other for a second, and then Atsumu’s throwing his head back in laughter, and the granite bubble pops in Kiyoomi’s chest.
Kiyoomi smiles, too, and Atsumu looks at him like he’s hung the moon. I’m going to marry this man, he thinks.
